sets the default directory for the creo parametric manikin libraries or for your custom posture libraries. custom libraries
must contain the correct index menu files.
 note
make sure that the name of the last directory in the ptc_manikin_library_path is ptc_manikin_lib, otherwise automatic retrieval
will fail.
