configuration option to the following values:

- You can open out-of-date non-Creo
files without a collaboration license, modify them and save them locally in an out-of-date state.

- You cannot open out-of-date non-Creo
files without a collaboration license.
no_with_warning
- When you open out-of-date non-Creo
files without a collaboration license, you will receive a notification message.
