yes*, no, as lightweight
controls the import of holes of type viadefined in the idf 3.0 and idx files.
  yes - viaholes defined in the idf 3.0 and idx files are imported.
  no - viaholes defined in the idf 3.0 and idx files are not imported. when you set ecad_via_hole_importto no, regardless of the setting for ecad_import_holes_as_features, ecad_via_hole_importoverrides ecad_import_holes_as_features.
  as lightweight - via holes in idf 3.0 files and idx files are imported as lightweight holes.
