• yesoviaholes defined in the idf 3.0 file are imported.

• nooviaholes defined in the idf 3.0 file are not imported. when you set ecad_via_hole_import to no, regardless of whether  ecad_import_holes_as_features is set to yesorno,  ecad_via_hole_import overrides ecad_import_holes_as_features.
