dm_http_compression_level

nd files will be compressed before being sent for upload by setting the value of config.pro option

'dm_http_compression_level' to a value between 1 and 9. if the value is not set or a 0-value is set, it means no-compression.

this change can speed up the upload operation for a client connected to a windchill server over a slow network.
