default_pipe_bend_note
Controls display of pipe bend notes in drawings.
If set as text within quotation marks, uses that value when creating bend notes. Text may include parameters such as "&bend_name:att_pipe_bend" and
"&bend_tol: att_pipe_bend".
If set as a directory path, references a previously created note saved as a file.
Default and Available Settings:
no* - Pipe bend notes do not display in drawings.
yes - Pipe bend notes display in drawings.
