default_note_leader_type
Controls the standard-compliant representation of note leaders for all notes except bend notes, which are controlled by the smt_bend_notes_leader_type option.
Default and Available Settings:
std_asme* - Note annotations appear centered on the leader M-^Ys elbow.
std_iso - Note annotations appear above an extended elbow.
