cat_ii, pro_cat
determines the method of direct catia transfer when you have a catia ii interface license but have the topobus_enable configuration option set to no.
cat_iiouses the interface for catia ii with atb translator which does not require a catia installation and license. it is valid if you have purchased the interface for catia ii with atb pro/engineer license. this is the default when this license is available. if this license is not available, the default is pro/interface for catia.
