specifies whether the export of creo elements/pro parts and assemblies to the acis format must include user-defined parameters and their values.
note
this configuration option is valid only when you set the enable_acis_export_extensionconfiguration option to yes.
  yes - includes the following part and assembly-level parameters and their values, with units, if any, in the acis files as defined attributes.
o   features
o   inherited
o   quilt
o   surface
o   edge
o   curve
o   composite curve
  no - does not include the part and assembly-level parameters in the acis files during the export of creo elements/pro parts and assemblies to the acis format.
