MNEMONIC-SPECIFICATION-NUMBER * , <a combination of the following keywords: SIZE, SPECIFICATION, MNEMONIC, NUMBER, INSULATION, and any valid file name characters>. Delimiter characters must be enclosed by commas (,) omitting any white space. For example MNEMONIC,-,SIZE.

Specify a name format for ISOGEN (.pcf) files. Piping creates ISOGEN file names from the values assigned to the keywords. See the following example:
